Peace is a source of comfort, freedom, Education, unity, rights, success and following the rights. All human beings and animals need peace. With peace in a society people can gain their goals and become successful but without peace people will be uneducated, illiterate and they won’t be able to recognize variance between good and bad. The people living in mentioned situation are like blinds cause they are alliterated and they don’t know the ups and downs of life, so they can’t understand the worth of life.

If a country is divided the people in the society are hopeless and unhappy. The bottom line of all those things is that peace in a community is the most valuable thing. Each society should work hard to bring peace in their community and to rescue them from misery. Cause of bringing peace even if the people lose their wealth and health they shouldn’t worry and try their best.

Peace doesn’t has anything else than love

Like a bird doesn’t have any other friend than flower

Fazila Shirindel, a Skateistan student, spoke at a human rights forum in front of delegates from all over Afghanistan about the importance of not forgetting that children are the future of the nation.

By the name of almighty Allah, I want to say salaam to all respectful guests.

My name is Fazila, and I’m fourteen years old.

It’s been about three years that I’ve been doing skateboarding.

As a young girl I ask from government that they provide for us more organizations like the Skateistan school and sport parks so that we can have a good and bright future.

Also, every young girl and boy likes to be educated so I request from families to let their children go to school, so that they can serve their country and people.

I hope to have a bright future like the children in rich countries, although we don’t have the facilities here, but I try a lot.

I’m an Afghan girl and I am proud to be an Afghan.

All Afghan girls and boys have different dreams so I pray to Allah that all their dreams come true.

I request all young people to think about their country, how it can develop and be peaceful.

And I request to you elders to pay attention to the children.

Thank you for coming here.

Thanks a lot for wanting to be my friend. It is good to be able to meet other people. Thank you for liking my skateboarding skills.

Today we are starting class at 7 am and at 9am I am going back to school. I am in grade 10 in Ustad Betab High School. I have second position in the class amongst 40 students. I ride there by bicycle to my school and also to the skatepark.

My hopes and dreams are to be able to walk again. I need an operation in a foreign country as there is no facility to do this operation in Afghanistan. Hopefully I will never need to use crutches and can use my right leg again. Really my dream is that I want to fly.

Would you like to come to Afghanistan to skate? I can teach you how to skate from sitting on the board. I can do tricks like olling (jumping), turn on the high ramps and braking turning at high speed. I want to learn more trick and would like to enter skate competitions around the world.

I am in the International team of basketball, and my position is that I am in attacking and scoring goals. I am the smallest one in the Paralympic team. Sometimes I practise discus, also ping pong and started on the climbing wall. I like basketball and skateboarding very much.

Do you know any disabled people? Do they do any sports? Is it difficult being disabled in America? It is very difficult in Afghanistan to be disabled because there is no opportunity in sport, studies and to find job. Nobody wants to have disabled people in work. People like to make fun of me for being disabled without even knowing who I am and what I can do.

Do you have a job or career goal? My dream career is to become a doctor and a very good sportsman.

Thank you for writing to me and maybe we can chat to each other on skype.

yours,

Bilal.

Meet Bilal, he and the disabled class are looking for other disabled atheletes to be in exchange with.
